In what has been dubbed the “Mile High-rise Club”, Beth Morgan, 32, slept with three prominent developers - receiving cash and gifts from two of them - while she was approving their projects, together worth more than £50 million. Morgan, a divorced mother-of-one, was reported to be “on a mission for sex”, determined to bed as many men of influence as possible during her time working as a town planner, from 2000 to 2007.
