Despite being rustically beautiful, these medieval stone apartments must be restored in order to make them functional for today’s needs with plenty of amenities – washing machine in new bathroom, upgrading electricity/plumbing. I know as I have a rental cottage and have painstakenly restored it here at a medieval village in CHIOS, Greece where the mastic tree is harvested.

non ho mai letto nè sentito tanto entusiasmo per il piccolo (e sfortunato) paese di Filettino, che conosco bene e in cui possiedo una casa (a valle granara).
torna presto a filettino
Giusto pochi mesi fa ho realizzato un cortometraggio ambientato tra i boschi di Serra Sant Antonio, e tra non molto lo proietteremo al paese, con la partecipazione del comune di Filettino il sindaco e gli assessori.
la natura di Filettino é un luogo spettacolare che meriterebbe di essere conosciuta molto più a fondo
