		<description>My Dad is 101 yrs young.  We were talking last night and he sang a silly song about Happy Hooligan... with a tin can on his head....a comic strip character he said.
Well I thought my Dad was losing it until I check Google and low and behold, there is the info on Happy Hooligan with a picture of the comic character whom my Dad remembers.  
I thought I&#039;d share that with you....
